Dynamic EMS is also contracted to major hospital groups in the Eastern Cape as the preferred service provider for Ambulance services .Dynamic also services major corporate clients and is the primary service provider to major industrial corporations in the Eastern Cape.

Dynamic EMS works closely with all local and national emergency services such as provincial emergency medical services and Fire and Rescue departments and is partnered with AV8 helicopters for aero medical service provision. Dynamic EMS also works hand in hand with local armed response company Code Blue.
