The operational and public representative of the service is Adrian Trollip who is one of the founder members of the company. Adrian is an advanced life support paramedic and holds numerous other qualifications in diverse fields from medical rescue and management to being a qualified assessor and moderator.

The service started out with two ambulances and one response car and rapidly grew to its current size where it employs over 40 staff members and has the largest fleet of privately managed emergency vehicles in the Eastern Cape which includes more than 6 Ambulances and the fastest response car in the Southern Hemisphere.
